Drive To The Finals is a playoff pick pool site. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how reminder messaging works.

Information We Collect

Account information, including username, email address, password hash, league membership, and reminder preferences.
Pool activity, including picks, scores, votes, message board posts, league settings, and related gameplay history.
Optional reminder contact information, including a mobile phone number if you choose to receive text reminders.
Technical information such as cookies, session identifiers, IP address, browser/device details, and basic logs used for login security and troubleshooting.

How We Use Information

To run the pick pool, display leaderboards, process picks, and manage leagues.
To send account-related and pick reminder messages that you request.
To maintain login sessions, remember devices when requested, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot site issues.
To improve the site experience and understand whether core features are working correctly.

Email and Text Reminders

Email reminders and text message reminders are optional. Text reminders, when enabled, are intended to remind managers who have not made a pick before the final scheduled NBA game of the day. Message frequency varies based on the NBA playoff schedule and whether you have already made your daily pick. Text reminders are generally no more than one reminder per game day.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text reminders. Reply HELP for help. You can also turn reminders off from your account settings.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers used to deliver the text message service.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the site, such as web hosting, email delivery, SMS/RCS messaging, analytics, fraud prevention, or similar operational providers. These providers are used only to support the service.

Cookies and Login Sessions

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember trusted devices when you choose that option, and protect site functionality. Removing cookies may log you out or require you to sign in again.

Public and League Content

Your username, picks, leaderboard position, votes, and message board posts may be visible to other users in your league or across the site depending on the feature being used.

Data Retention

We keep account, pick, league, and scoring information as long as needed to operate the pool, preserve historical results, resolve disputes, or maintain site security. You may contact us to request changes to your account information.

Children's Privacy

Drive To The Finals is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
